Eddie Stanky blows a gasket as Chicago is swept by
Kansas City. The A's come from behind twice as Chicago's bullpen self-
destructs. A 3-11 fortnight has sent the Chisox reeling below .500 as they
pass the quarter-turn. Strat-O-Matic Report

Dick Allen touched them all at Municipal Stadium where the Kansas City A's
beat the Chicago AL White Sox in 10 innings by the score of 3 to 2.
The game was deadlocked at 2 after nine full innings. Kansas City won it in

an exciting win for Kansas City and a wild post-game celebration by the home
town fans. Kansas City won despite being out-hit by Chicago AL 9 hits to 6.
